• Business: Active business license, federal EIN, and authorization to operate in the states you serve
• Insurance: Commercial auto liability and general liability at $1,000,000 minimum (higher in some states, up to $2M in Missouri), workers' compensation, with MTM Health and Veyo listed as Certificate Holder and Additional Insured
• Vehicles: Current registration and state inspection, plus annual and unannounced safety inspections. ADA-accessible vehicles required for wheelchair service
• Drivers: Background checks, motor vehicle record reviews, drug testing, CPR and First Aid certification, and training in HIPAA, ADA, defensive driving, passenger assistance, and fraud, waste and abuse
