Alaina Maciá

As MTM’s President and CEO, Alaina Maciá is a leader in the healthcare and transportation industries. Her vision and passion for ensuring community services are accessible without barriers—including healthcare, job access, and social services—for all persons, including those in need, is what continues to drive MTM forward. Since 2005, she has overseen MTM’s positive growth. She is leading the transportation industry to be focused on a sustainable future with a reduction in climate impact. Alaina holds a master’s degree in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis’ Olin School of Business. She is actively involved in the St. Louis community, including organizations like the Washington University Institute of Public Health National Council, the St. Louis Chapter of YPO (Young Presidents Council), the St. Louis Regional Business Council, and the MICDS Board of Trustees, and serves on the Foundation for Barnes-Jewish Hospital.
